In-Nova Studio Renovates Historic Aversa Apartment with Terrazzo, Marble, and Oak

In 2026, In-Nova Studio finalized the renovation of Elia’s Home, a 280 sqm apartment located within a 19th-century palazzo in Aversa, Italy. This two-story design boasts a private lift and an independent entrance on the ground floor. To maximize natural light and views, the studio removed later modifications and incorporated materials such as terrazzo, Verde Guatemala marble, and oak. A custom storage unit with mirrored panels enhances sightlines, while new openings in load-bearing walls are elegantly framed in marble. The entrance, living room, and kitchen are linked by large bronze-tinted satin glass doors. The terrazzo flooring features inlaid “carpets” in shades of aquamarine green, forest green, and wheat yellow.
