Images Vevey 10th Edition Explores Family with Grace Jones and JR
The Images Vevey biennial is celebrating its 10th anniversary and 18 years of promoting visual arts from September 5 to 27. This year’s theme revolves around family, inspired by Sister Sledge's famous song, transforming Vevey into a vibrant art center. The event features around 50 free photographic exhibits, such as a massive 1,000 m² portrait of Grace Jones by Anoush Abrar and a photo booth truck by JR on the opening weekend. Attendees will also have access to the Château de l’Aile gardens for the first time, alongside a retrospective celebrating Richard Billingham's work, 'Ray's a Laugh.'
