Initially, the $11 billion company envisioned a 'clean and light' aesthetic; however, IA uncovered original materials that inspired a design honoring the building's rich history. The firm integrated Craftsman-style elements, restored historical features, and included custom-stained cherry wood wainscoting, decorative ceiling panels, and a sweeping staircase. The facility boasts lounge spaces, a training area, a library, and a private café surrounding a courtyard.
