Hugh Hayden's Tilted Church Debuts at Venice Biennale

At the 61st Venice Biennale, Hugh Hayden unveiled 'Huff and a Puff', a tilted brick church installation at the new art center of Fondazione Re Rebaudengo on Isola di San Giorgio. The structure leans at a 40-degree angle, inspired by the wolf's huffing in 'The Three Little Pigs'. It references a previous version at deCordova Museum in Boston (2023), which was modeled on Thoreau's cabin.
