Huawei MatePad Air (2026) Launches in Singapore with M-Pencil Pro for SGD 1198

Huawei released the MatePad Air in Singapore in September 2026, priced at SGD 1198 with the Huawei Smart Magnetic Keyboard and Huawei M-Pencil Pro bundled in. The 12-inch tablet carries a 144Hz OLED PaperMatte display, a Kirin T93C processor, 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. Discounts on Shopee SG and Lazada SG will lower the price. For comparison, the previously reviewed Huawei MatePad 11.5S, equipped with 12GB RAM, 256GB storage, Huawei M-Pencil 3 and a keyboard case, sells for SGD 648 and is currently available at SGD 531. The reviewer concludes the MatePad Air is the stronger of the two tablets, yet the gap in price is too large, so the MatePad 11.5S (2026) would be the personal choice. User experience across both devices is almost similar, with the OLED display of the MatePad Air standing out as stunning. The review unit was provided on loan by Huawei Singapore.
