House in Pompéia by 23 SUL: Pre-industrialized Construction in São Paulo
A unique residence located in São Paulo's Pompeia district was finished in 2021, spanning 225m² and designed with cutting-edge pre-industrial techniques, including precast blocks and engineered wood, to optimize weight and foundation expenses. The architectural firm 23 SUL led the project, with Susanna Moreira managing it while Maíra Acayaba captured its essence through photography. The design team featured prominent architects such as Gabriel Manzi and Ivo Magaldi, supported by others like Luiz Florence and Tiago Oakley. Several consulting firms contributed, and the landscaping was crafted by Claudio Mariutti from Arboreto, with materials supplied by Miniwave Hunter Douglas.
