Hôtel Massé in Paris' Pigalle Expands with Le Trente Bar and Restaurant

architecture-design · 2026-10-13

A year ago, Hôtel Massé, a family-owned establishment located on rue Victor-Massé in the 9th arrondissement of Paris, was inaugurated in the Pigalle area. The project was spearheaded by siblings Corto and Eole Peyron, with Corto focusing on hospitality and Eole in charge of the artistic vision. Housed in a refurbished Haussmannian structure designed by Studio Olivier Guyot, the hotel boasts 40 rooms crafted by Gasparetto Parenti, featuring okoumé wood, maritime pine, and vintage 1970s lighting from Ingo Maurer. Communal spaces highlight a bespoke wooden table and various artworks. Adjacent to the hotel, Le Trente bar and restaurant, also created by the Peyron siblings, showcases a green marble facade and offers seasonal cuisine and natural wines, reflecting the rise of independent hospitality rooted in community ties.
