HENN Completes 211-Meter Kingdee Cloud Tower in Shenzhen's Nanshan District
The Kingdee Tower, also referred to as Cloud Tower, has been finalized by HENN. This office structure, standing at 211 meters, is located in Shenzhen's Nanshan district and was completed in 2025. It encompasses 98,800 square meters and is positioned adjacent to a green area within Kingdee's software park. The building offers office spaces, conference rooms, and a restaurant for Kingdee International Software Group Company Limited, a leader in global enterprise management cloud services. Martin Henn led the architectural design, with Hans Funk overseeing the project. Key project directors included Yuchen Wang and Sha Liao, supported by a design team featuring Giovanni Betti, Denise Gellinger, and others.
