HEMAA Architectes Unveils Jacques Prévert Public Services Center in Évry-Courcouronnes
In Évry-Courcouronnes, France, HEMAA Architectes has designed the Jacques Prévert Public Services Center (MSP), a unifying facility that materializes public policies and local community services. The building, covering 2,474 square meters, is scheduled for completion in 2026. It serves as a new nexus connecting two districts: Les Pyramides and Le Bois Sauvage. Under one roof, the center hosts a rich, multifunctional, and inclusive program, including a delegation of the city hall, a parenting support center, a nursery with 30 cradles, a cultural space with a multi-purpose performance hall seating 180 and a dance studio, a socio-cultural space with art and music rooms and workshops, and a third place with internet access for the community. The project is a client of the City of Évry-Courcouronnes. The design team includes engineering consultants Ote and Otelio, scenographer Aqora, kitchen designer Arwytec, landscape architect AFC, timber structure by Rubner, structural works by STB, bricks by Delta Sud, exterior carpentry by Diter, electrical engineering by Derichebourg, partitions and ceilings by BATHELEC and EGC, interior carpentry by ATC, roads and public services by ESSONNE-TP, green spaces by EURO-VERT, metalwork by Breuzard, waterproofing by Thermosani, painting by les peintures parisiennes, and kitchen by Petrillo.
