architecture-design · 2026-09-29

The Dayun Landison Manor hotel in Jiashan, China, has been finalized by HB Architects and Nature Times Art. Stretching 360 meters in length and reaching a maximum width of 54 meters, the structure includes a 4.9-meter-high walkway that links different sections of the hotel. The design is intended to evoke a village atmosphere, positioning guest rooms in blocks along the elevated path, with functional areas situated underneath. The upper sections are painted earthy yellow, while the lower levels and walkways display a terracotta red hue. Visitors enter through a courtyard featuring a central lake and a water curtain. This project was developed by Jiashan Dayun Cultural Tourism Development Co., with key architects He Bin, Lai Erxun, and Wei Jinjing, and photography by Guowei Liu.
