HASSELL + REX + Richards and Spence Design 205 North Quay in Brisbane

Located in Brisbane, Australia, 205 North Quay is a 73,000 m² office complex crafted by REX and Richards and Spence, with interior design by HASSELL. Slated for completion in 2026, the project is overseen by Miwa Negoro. The design emphasizes commercial viability through a slender, efficient form encased in a resourceful exterior suited for Brisbane's subtropical environment. Its elongated northwest and southeast facades are adorned with a copper-anodized, rolled-aluminum sunscreen featuring large ovals, optimized for orientation, which allows for a high glazing ratio and excellent visible light transmission.
