Halle Election Campaign: AfD's Long Ladders and SPD's Disappearance

In Halle, Germany, political parties are vying for voters ahead of the election. The AfD has set up the longest ladders, while the SPD is hard to find. A journalist cycled across the city from north to south to survey the campaign. Jannik Balint, a promising direct candidate for Die Linke in constituency 37, left a door hanger on the journalist's apartment door, reading 'Schade, dass wir dich verpasst haben!' (Sorry we missed you!). Balint wanted to discuss free kindergartens, rent caps, and high care costs, as well as criticize the current state government of CDU, SPD, and FDP for pursuing 'politics out of touch with reality.'
