Gutiérrez Café Opens in Montevideo's Pocitos Neighborhood, Designed by Toro Arquitectos

In August 2025, Toro Arquitectos unveiled Gutiérrez Café, a 71 m² coffee shop situated in the Pocitos area of Montevideo, Uruguay. The project was spearheaded by lead architect Ernesto Figueroa Grieco, with photography by Juan Nin and curation by Valentina Díaz. The architects emphasized in their description that the design prioritizes both product quality and aesthetics, aiming to create a rich sensory and urban experience. This establishment transcends a typical coffee shop, integrating architecture into its culinary offerings. The project is classified within the coffee shop sector and was finalized in 2025.
