The Fradique Building, a new residential project in São Paulo, was completed in 2025 by architectural firm GRUPOSP. The design reflects the classic 'predinho' style and spans 1,195 square meters. Leading architects Alvaro Puntoni and João Sodré collaborated with a skilled team, including Ana Tereza Carvalho and Bruno Satin. Structural engineering was managed by Benedictis Engenharia, while landscape design was led by Isabel Ruas. Various consultants contributed, including Oficina do Mosaico and Flavia Cancian.
