GroundedDesign Renovates Villa Limni in Dubai with Desert-Inspired Palette
GroundedDesign, a Dubai-based firm established by Bani Singh, has transformed Villa Limni, a five-bedroom home situated in Jumeirah Golf Estates, Dubai, spanning 539 square meters. The renovation emphasizes quality materials and a minimalist approach, incorporating warm travertine, porcelain, timber, and woven textures. TAF House's seamless porcelain flooring flows from indoors to outdoors, while Kährs wood flooring enhances the bedrooms' warmth. The facade features travertine cladding, and a double-height entrance leads to open-plan living spaces. A sculptural staircase offers a view of a Zen garden. The kitchen boasts large windows in place of a backsplash. Outdoor amenities include a swimming pool, sunbed area, and kitchen. V-renovate contributed to the project, which includes smart-home technology and energy-efficient elements. Photographs by Kelly Tooze.
