GROT Premium Water Packaging: High-Tech Minimalism Meets Stock Mold Optimization
Mariya Churilo, a designer, has introduced a fresh packaging concept for GROT premium artesian water, highlighting a blend of high-tech minimalism and optimized stock molds. The design features clear, transparent glass with direct printing on the surface, completely removing the need for paper labels. The typography is simplified to a single grotesque weight, providing stark contrast against the product, while the absence of color allows the natural light and clarity of the water to enhance its shelf appeal. A vertical grid aligns technical information with the primary logo, ensuring that the brand name is prominent and secondary details are easily readable, even as the conical bottle rotates. This grid system, echoing industrial catalog designs, adapts seamlessly to both physical and digital environments. The project utilizes a commercially available conical container with a broad, stable base to minimize damage during transit and prevent tipping on conveyor systems. The direct printing on glass makes the bottle circular and fully recyclable. By focusing on logistics and sustainability, the design illustrates that premium looks can be achieved without wasteful practices, establishing a new standard for environmentally friendly premium branding that harmonizes function and aesthetics.
