Grava House by remyarchitects: Split-Level Residence in Pilar
Completed in 2024, Grava House is a 565-square-meter home located in Pilar, Argentina, crafted by remyarchitects under the direction of architect Andrés Remy. This residence boasts expansive views of a nearby golf course and features a thoughtful arrangement of volumes and split levels that harmonize openness with privacy. The domestic areas are defined by pathways, varying heights, an abundance of natural light, and the continuous integration of the landscape. The design team comprised Hernan Pardillos, Agustin Cosenza, Gonzalo Remy, and Camila Borzone, with technical assistance from Julieta Rafel and Hernan Pardillos. Myoo Interior Architecture managed the interior design, while Liwa construcciones oversaw general construction. Ana Grucki captured the photographs, and Valentina Díaz curated the project for publication on ArchDaily.
