Graham Baba Architects designs jewel-box tasting room for Fidelitas Winery

Graham Baba Architects has completed a tasting room for Fidelitas Winery in eastern Washington, transforming a former industrial warehouse into a flexible hospitality space. The design centers on a jewel-box-like private tasting structure that divides the large open volume into three distinct zones with varied seating and ambiance. A mezzanine extends into the space, providing access to an elevated outdoor terrace. The project also includes a kitchen, a small office, and a fold-down pickup window for wine club members, connected to the back storage area. To soften the cold industrial shell, the architects used warm woods and a simple natural palette, reserving luxury details for key points. The client reports that the space is highly adaptable, accommodating both small groups and events with hundreds of attendees on the same day.
