GP House: Spiraling Patios and Rooftop Garden by AtelierM

AtelierM, led by architect Matías Mosquera, has designed GP House, a concrete residence organized around a spiral plan generated by two curves: the street bend and the lagoon arc. The house prioritizes privacy from the street while opening toward the water through terraces and framed views. A central courtyard with a reflecting pond draws natural light inward and extends the lagoon's presence. A spiraling patio rises through the house, connecting ground-floor living areas with upper terraces and creating a continuous architectural experience. Curved concrete surfaces flow between opaque and transparent zones, with lighter facades facing the lagoon and more enclosed elevations on the street side. The rooftop garden crowns the structure, integrating the building with its landscape.
