Garton Group Architecture Completes Casa Milagros in Nosara, Costa Rica
Garton Group Architecture has completed Casa Milagros, a 400-square-meter residential project in Nosara, Costa Rica, scheduled for 2026. The tropical oasis features recycled ocean plastic roof tiles, natural stone wall cladding, continuous water features, and exposed timber structures. Project leadership was provided by Tom Garton and Dennis Cordero, with technical team contributions from Dennis Cordero. Christian Arias Urpí handled MEP engineering and consulting, while McCarthy Project Management oversaw project management. Photography for the project was documented by Ingrid Johanning. The house includes custom cabinetry packages along with carefully selected flooring and tiles. Curatorial input was provided by Valentina Díaz.
