Galerie's Object Edit: New Design Launches from Kim Mupangilaï, Block Shop, Faye Toogood, and More

The Object Edit by Galerie showcases six significant design introductions. Brooklyn artist Kim Mupangilaï, originally from Antwerp, has developed a wall covering series for Omexco that includes four patterned and three plain options made from wood, raffia, and sisal, influenced by Congolese heritage and Art Nouveau. Block Shop Textiles partnered with Hancock Shaker Village to produce three limited-edition block prints alongside four hand-printed table linens, inspired by Hannah Cohoon's 1854 'Tree of Life' Gift Drawing. Faye Toogood's Bone, Roll, and Slump collection features furniture crafted from wool, coconut husk, latex, and oak, drawing inspiration from fossils. Richard June introduced 35 lighting designs for Visual Comfort, while Luca Nichetto created the Domus collection for Ginori 1735, the brand's inaugural furniture line. Newport Brass unveiled the Pardees and Kimbell faucet and bath fixture collections, manufactured in Southern California.
