G-Beach Residence by B+D+M Architetti References Niemeyer and Menegazzo
In 2025, B+D+M Architetti finalized the G-Beach Residence, a residential project spanning 4,520 square meters. This design interacts dialectically with the nearby Hotel Bellevue, which was crafted by Renzo Menegazzo in 1956, as well as the adjacent pine forest. The hotel itself draws inspiration from Oscar Niemeyer’s Belo Horizonte Library, established in 1955, incorporating its key architectural elements. The project was spearheaded by lead architects Alex Braggion and GianPaolo Di Benedetto, with engineering services provided by Proteco Engineering. The design team featured Alberto Bretini, Francesco Roccaforte, Riccardo Lazzarini, and Federico Picech, while Alessandra Bello captured the photographs.
