On September 5, the French Navy transformed the Trocadéro esplanade and gardens into a monumental open-air spectacle, projecting four centuries of naval history onto the facades of surrounding buildings and the Eiffel Tower. The free event, lasting 45 minutes, began with a military ceremony at 8 PM, followed by the main show at 9:15 PM. The narrative unfolded in eight chronological tableaux, starting with the 'ocean of perils' and the founding edict, leading to the pivotal Battle of the Chesapeake in 1781, which directly contributed to American independence and is commemorated on its exact anniversary. Subsequent sequences covered the industrial revolution, the era of naval power, contemporary missions, crew spirit, and future innovation. The production employed 3D projections, light displays, water jets, smoke, and lasers, accompanied live by the Bagad de Lann-Bihoué and the Musique de la Marine. The event was free and open to the public without reservation, drawing spectators to the gardens of the Trocadéro in the 16th arrondissement of Paris.
