François Goudier's 'Variations d'ateliers' at Galerie Faidherbe

The Galerie Faidherbe in Paris is hosting 'Variations d'ateliers', a solo exhibition of black-and-white silver prints by photographer François Goudier, from September 10 to 26, 2026. Goudier, a photojournalist distributed by Gamma-Rapho, has spent years documenting the intimate spaces of artists' studios, capturing what is usually hidden: materials, tools, light, and silence. The series spans from the historic La Ruche in the 15th arrondissement, where Chagall, Modigliani, Soutine, and Zadkine once worked, to studios in Montparnasse and abroad. The exhibition is part of the bicentenary celebration of photography. The gallery is located at 18 rue Jean-Macé, 75011, and is open Tuesday to Friday from 10:30-12:00 and 14:00-19:00, and Saturday from 11:00-19:00, closed Sunday and Monday, with free entry.
