Four Seasons Hotel Mexico City Renovation Highlights Mexican Craftsmanship

Four Seasons Hotel Mexico City has completed a comprehensive renovation of its guest rooms and suites for its 32nd anniversary. The project, under the creative direction of Bibiana Huber, integrates works by Mexican artisans and designers, including hand-painted sinks by José Noé Suro, lighting by Ula Light, and reinterpreted traditional clay pineapples from Michoacán by Marva Studio. Artworks by Fernanda Mereles and Pedro Arturo complement textiles by Arozarena de la Fuente. The hotel also introduced uniforms designed by Kris Goyri. Tulio Hochkoeppler, General Manager & Regional Vice President, stated the renovation aims to share Mexican talent and warmth. The redesign uses local materials like marble, wood, stone, blown glass, ceramics, and hand-worked metals, with a soft color palette and warm lighting. Bathrooms feature red marble from Durango and hand-carved stone rugs. The hotel, located on Paseo de la Reforma, is known for its colonial hacienda-inspired architecture and iconic interior patio.
