Four-Home Condominium in Cascais by Humberto Conde Arquitectos

Humberto Conde Arquitectos has completed a condominium of four houses in Abuxarda, Portugal. The 1,200-square-meter residential development is designed to take advantage of the site's topography, natural light, and surrounding landscape. The four units are arranged in a staggered layout, ensuring each home has privacy, unobstructed views, and independent outdoor areas while maintaining a coherent architectural identity across the complex. The project was completed in 2025 and photographed by João Morgado. The technical team included Diogo Madeira, Andreia Cabanas, Francisco Marques, and Alicja Muszalska, with Morgane Lorrain on the design team and Humberto Conde as principal architect. The condominium is located in Alcabideche, Cascais.
