Fondation Cartier Opens Anne-Sophie Pic Restaurant Blending Art and Gastronomy in Paris
A new restaurant has been launched by the Fondation Cartier pour l'art contemporain, featuring the renowned chef Anne-Sophie Pic, who holds the title of the most starred female chef globally. This opening precedes the exhibition "Ibrahim Mahama. Le temps des récoltes," set for October 22. Situated at 164 rue de Rivoli within a refurbished Haussmannian structure, the restaurant boasts a separate entrance. Spearheaded by foundation president Alain Dominique Perrin, the evening menu comprises seven courses, which Pic refers to as an "expérience synesthésique inédite," complemented by performances from artist-in-residence Anne-James Chaton. Dinner is priced at 260 euros, while lunch during the week costs between 120 and 185 euros. Additionally, Pic has opened a nearby bar called Utopic. The foundation operates from Tuesday to Sunday, 11am to 8pm, with extended hours until 10pm on Tuesdays.
