Floating Art Hotel Debuts in Monaco with 'States of Motion' Exhibition
From June 4 to 8, 2025, Monaco witnessed the launch of the Floating Art Hotel, a unique superyacht transformed into a temporary museum-like exhibition during the Monaco Grand Prix. The first showcase, titled 'States of Motion,' displayed creations from over thirty global artists, such as Marina Abramović, Tomás Saraceno, and Shirin Neshat. Spanning 350 square metres on the sundeck's sculptural garden, the exhibition explored motion as a concept rather than mere imagery. Gaëlle Jaunay Calendini, founder of A Love Story Agency, conceptualized the event, with curation by Francesco Marchiaro of Marchiaro Consulting. The hotel features fourteen exclusive suites with comprehensive hospitality and wellness services. Future events are set for Miami, Hong Kong, and Abu Dhabi. Additionally, the Bureau of Innovation (BOI) showcased collectible design and organized a gala supporting Pink Ribbon Monaco, attended by H.S.H. Princess Charlène, aboard the Alfa Nero yacht. Partners included Beluga, Soho House, and Komos Tequila.
