London's July 2026 art scene features five major exhibitions. At Tate Modern, 'Frida: The Making of an Icon' (25 June 2026 – 3 January 2027) examines Frida Kahlo's transformation from little-known painter to global icon, developed with the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston. Perrotin London presents Daniel Arsham's 'Time Fold' (4 June – 8 August 2026), showcasing new and historical works including five archival drawings from 2007–2010 exhibited for the first time. Battersea Arts Centre hosts the UK premiere of 'The Art of Mini Golf' (17 June – 26 July 2026), an interactive exhibition with nine hole artworks by leading women artists, previously at RISING Melbourne and Brisbane Powerhouse. Sadie Coles HQ presents Ugo Rondinone's 'More Light' (9 June – 22 August 2026), part of a three-part collaboration with the Royal Academy of Arts' Summer Exhibition. Elizabeth Xi Bauer presents 'Hand in Hand' (26 June – 9 August 2026), new works by Lidia Lisbôa and Thiago Barbalho, curated by Maria do Carmo M. P. de Pontes, celebrating handmade processes.
