Fisher & Paykel has launched its 30-inch Steam Assist oven, designed to integrate precision as an architectural principle. The oven can be arranged in vertical stacks or linear installations, with perimeter gaps as small as two millimetres for flush-fitting surfaces. It features a 20% increased internal capacity, Steam Assist Technology for controlled heat and airflow, a vertical twin-fan system with twin-element heat sources, voice control, a wireless temperature probe, and a touchscreen with a method-led interface. The oven is part of the State of the Art Collection and comes in three styles: Minimal, Contemporary, and Professional. The Minimal Style debuted at Fisher & Paykel's Nature – Ritual exhibition during Milan Design Week 2026. All three styles received Red Dot Awards, with the Contemporary Style earning a Best of the Best award.
