This incident took place on Saturday night near the Nuestra Senora de la Luz church, where a crowd had gathered to enjoy a fireworks show. The cause of the explosion is still unknown, prompting the Mexico State Attorney General's Office to launch an investigation. A local bishop has reported that two priests were among those hurt.
