Final Days: Rafael Moreno and Yuyan Wang at CRAC Alsace

Two exhibitions at CRAC Alsace in Altkirch, France, are in their final days, closing on August 30. The shows, Rafael Moreno's 'The World' and Yuyan Wang's 'Glowing, flaring, lurid, loud', are part of the first program curated under the center's new director, Elsa Vettier. Moreno's work focuses on the material world, while Wang explores technology, spectacle, and manufactured realities. Wang's piece 'The Moon Also Rises' (2024) is inspired by a 2018 proposal in Chengdu to launch artificial moons to illuminate the city at night.
