FCM Residence by Ximenes Leite Arquitectura in São Paulo

The FCM Residence, designed by Ximenes Leite Arquitetura, is a 350 m² renovation of an existing house in São Paulo, Brazil, completed in 2024. The project aims to transform the home into a contemporary space that redefines the relationship between architecture, landscape, and daily living. Situated on a 540 m² lot, the renovation preserves the original essence while reorganizing spaces for a new cohesive reading.
