FAULT: studies in survival at Peckham Rye Station brings together 21 artists on endurance

The exhibition titled FAULT: studies in survival, curated by Jo Martin and Mandy Leonard, will take place at The Old Waiting Room at Peckham Rye Station in London from September 4th to 6th, with a private preview on September 3rd from 6 to 9 PM. This showcase features 21 artists and delves into the concept of endurance shaped by factors such as pressure, repetition, fatigue, uncertainty, and adaptation, rather than focusing on a singular dramatic event. The diverse artworks include painting, sculpture, installation, sound, and expanded practices, highlighting how survival manifests in materials and processes. Notable artists include b A abike, Karl Bielik, and Fiona Campbell. During the private view, Toshiki Ohta will present a sonic interpretation in response to the exhibition. The team also includes Gail Corrie as Installation Lead and Conor Connelly for lighting.
