FASHIONCLASH Festival Returns for 18th Edition in Maastricht

The FASHIONCLASH Festival is returning for its 18th edition in Maastricht, Netherlands, happening from November 13 to 15, 2026. This vibrant event will feature over 100 up-and-coming artists, designers, and performers from more than 25 different countries, with a packed schedule that includes exhibitions, fashion shows, workshops, film screenings, and discussions. A highlight will be The Clash House at ENCI's Peutzhal on November 14, showcasing ten designers like Nouka Rous and Paco Teepe, competing for a €2,500 grant from the Meester Koetsier Foundation. Additionally, the exhibition "Fleshy, slimy, wobbly," curated by Jamal Nxedlana and others, explores unique design aesthetics. The festival also includes the Fashion Film Program & Awards at Lumière Cinema and a graduate showcase. Promotional work by Sudanese artist Hashim Nasr features surreal imagery inspired by African and Middle Eastern cultures, with support from various local organizations.
