Fabrizio Simone's Solo Exhibition at Spazio URANO Explores Identity and Preservation

Fabrizio Simone presents a solo exhibition titled "Ciò che non siamo in grado di vedere" (What We Are Not Able to See) at Spazio URANO in Rome, curated by Michela Becchis, running until June 30, 2026. The exhibition features approximately thirty new works that employ the square module to define organic forms, using white terracotta and string to create protective covers that preserve inner authenticity. Simone's practice draws on the spatial perception of Lucio Fontana and the consciousness of Antony Gormley, moving from classical sculpture toward installation. The works incorporate polyurethane foam and painted canvases with gestural abstraction, reflecting an evolution in the artist's technical and conceptual approach.
