Explicit Bodies, Hidden Bodies Exhibition by Vão
Curated by Susanna Moreira, the exhibition 'Corpos explícitos, corpos ocultos' (Explicit Bodies, Hidden Bodies) is presented in a 550 m² space designed by architecture firm Vão. Lead architects Anna Juni, Enk te Winkel, and Gustavo Delonero completed the project in 2025. The exhibition explores the concept of the body as the 'first trench of existence,' prompting reflection on material, psychic, and spiritual boundaries. Curators Agnaldo Farias and Adolfo Montejo Navas contributed to the show. The installation features lighting by Fernanda Carvalho Lighting Design and Ilumina Jão, with visual design by Estúdio Campo. General construction was handled by Poro Arquitetura. Photographs by Marília Camelo document the space.
