Estudio Zero Completes Pink Concrete Co-Living Complex in Puerto Escondido
Amplitude Coliving, a co-living apartment structure covering 390 square meters, was finalized by Estudio Zero, an architectural firm located in Querétaro, on a 315.5-square-meter plot in La Punta, Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca, in 2025. The building, characterized by its pink-hued concrete and arched designs reminiscent of sound waves, fosters a sense of community and energy. It features courtyards, open-air corridors, and communal spaces that encourage social engagement. A central courtyard boasts a pool, shared kitchen, and dining area. The apartments include studios, larger units with private gardens, and double-height lofts, constructed with terracotta-pink stucco and tropical hardwood. Passive design elements improve airflow, and solar panels provide power during tropical storms. Photography by Alex Krotkov.
