Estudio VA arquitectos Completes Blue Box Entrance for San Carlos Campground

architecture-design · 2026-09-15

Estudio VA arquitectos has completed Blue Box, a new entrance structure for a recreational and sports campground in San Carlos, Argentina. The project was finished in 2024 and covers 199 m². The commission called for designing a new entry point that would give the campground the scale it required. A 3.30 x 3.30-meter grid was used to organize the entrance, providing a counterpoint to the campground's morphology, which had developed in a somewhat haphazard manner over time. Abadie Federico and Vicente Prieto Pablo served as lead architects. Carol Gallo handled landscape architecture. The project falls under the Services category. Products from manufacturers C+C, FV, Roca, and jhonson acero were used. Luis Barandiaran photographed the completed work. Valentina Díaz curated the presentation of the project.
