Estúdio Rossi Arquitetos Completes Residência MA in Atibaia
Estúdio Rossi Arquitetos has completed the Residência MA, a 680 m² permanent home in Atibaia, Brazil, designed for year-round use. The project, led by Bruno Rossi and Marilia Giordano Rossi, responds to the sloping terrain and landscape of a residential condominium. The design team included Adriano Bueno, Isabela Slywitch, Rafael Kenzo, and Bruno Castiglioni. Engineering and consulting were provided by Ita Engenharia and StudioBim Engenharia (timber and concrete structure, electrical, plumbing, HVAC), with lighting by Denis Joelsons and landscape architecture by Cate Poli Paisagismo. Photographs are by André Scarpa, and the text was produced by Matheus Pereira Comunicação. The project was curated by Susanna Moreira and used products from Portobello and REKA. Completed in 2025, the residence organizes the domestic program around the site's geography and views.
