Estadio Ciudad de México Interior Renovation by Cuaik CDS, Luis Huerta, and Others
Renovations are underway at Estadio Ciudad de México, featuring a collaboration of multiple architectural firms, including CAAM Arquitectos, Clásicos Mexicanos, and ESTUDIO Ignacio Urquiza. This ambitious project, overseen by curator Valentina Díaz, encompasses an area of 15,000 square meters and is expected to be completed by 2026. More than 30 specialists, including Santiago Cuaik and Mauricio Pantoja, are contributing to the design and engineering aspects. The initiative aims to modernize the stadium while honoring cultural heritage, promoting sustainability, and enhancing inclusivity and creativity throughout the venue.
