architecture-design · 2026-09-22

ERRE arquitectura has finalized a third structure at the Marina de Empresas campus located in La Marina, Valencia, Spain, which adds 7,600 square meters for nearly 1,000 entrepreneurs. This new addition, along with two buildings constructed in 2015, increases the total campus area to 27,000 square meters, benefiting EDEM, Lanzadera, and Angels. A central atrium of 260 square meters serves as the primary social hub, accommodating dining for 100 and featuring a blue metal spiral staircase. The design incorporates open workspaces, outdoor-accessible 'plazas,' and double-height areas for enhanced natural lighting. The southern facade is adorned with a GRP louvered envelope, and the project includes photovoltaic panels and locally sourced materials. Workspaces provide views of the port and historic sites, with plans for a landscaped promenade in the future.
