Enlevo Residence by Drucker Arquitetos Associados Completed in Paraná, Brazil

Completed in 2025 in Paraná, Brazil, the Enlevo Residence was designed by Drucker Arquitetos Associados with Monica Drucker as responsible architect. A couple of entrepreneurs from the Paraná industry commissioned the 870 m² house, requesting a spacious, functional and minimalist home with complete privacy from neighbours. Exposed concrete and large glazed openings define the material palette, while the arrangement of the rooms supports a fluid circulation through the residence. Greenwood handled construction, Gabriel Regino was responsible for the concrete structure, and Telecki Projetos Estrutural provided the structural design. Suppliers included Almaligth Curitiba, Alubauen Paraná and Roca. Photography was by Leonardo Finotti and Ruben Otero.
