Enki Bilal Opens Cultural Resistance Space in Central Paris

Enki Bilal, the comic book author, painter, and filmmaker, has inaugurated a new 300-square-meter cultural venue in central Paris named after himself. The Fonds Enki Bilal will display original plates, paintings, and sculptures from the artist for five months, with over 200 works in its inaugural exhibition. Starting in autumn 2026, the space will open to other creators, as Bilal envisions it as a site of cultural resistance. The exhibition runs until November 1, 2026.
