Emanuela Mastria's "Scarlet" Opens blowart contemporary space in Rome
On 8 October 2026 at 18:00, blowart contemporary space in Rome's Aurelio district will launch its exhibition season with "Scarlet," a solo show by Emanuela Mastria, curated by Roberta Melasecca. This exhibition will be available for viewing until 17 January 2027 and showcases a unique installation consisting of 200 scarlet porcelain petals. Unlike her usual white porcelain works, Mastria incorporates red clay for this piece, which delves into the concepts of "gentilezza" (kindness) and "resistenza" (resistance). "Scarlet" will also be featured in the 22nd Giornata del Contemporaneo on 10 October 2026 and during Rome Art Week from 19 to 25 October 2026. Appointments for viewings can be made by calling 3494945612. Mastria is a 2013 graduate of Università degli studi ROMA TRE and has a broad exhibition history.
