Eight design-led apartments open in reimagined Notting Hill dairy

Eight apartments have launched at The Dairy, a residential development in London's Notting Hill by Echlin, with architecture by Frost Architects and development by Black Treacle. The project transforms a 19th-century former working dairy into design-led homes that retain the industrial building's character through exposed brick, steel, high ceilings, and Crittall-style windows. Echlin's creative director Samuel Pye emphasized revealing heritage rather than overwriting it, describing industrial reuse as a sustainable model. Interiors feature neutral tones with bold accents, oak herringbone flooring, limestone and quartzite surfaces, and curated art. Each apartment is unique with barrel-vaulted ceilings and generous proportions. The development is now on the market.
