This achievement reflects impressive savings of 54% in energy, 37% in water, and 44% in materials. The complex comprises a hotel, commercial areas, and residential suites, showcasing a distinctive stepped black concrete exterior. Visitors will find a lobby featuring a reception area, snack bar, 24-hour bar, breakfast dining room, and lounge. The property includes 135 guest rooms and 16 residential units, alongside a green terrace equipped with a gym, restaurant, meeting spaces, and an artistic plaza, all highlighting resource management and urban integration.
