Ecoalf Opens 165-Square-Meter Valencia Flagship Honoring Fishermen of Upcycling the Oceans
Ecoalf has launched its inaugural flagship store in Valencia, occupying a 165-square-meter area on Calle Sorní, situated in a high-end shopping district. This site holds particular importance as it marks the origin of Upcycling the Oceans, an initiative by the Ecoalf Foundation, which started in 2015. The store's interior design symbolizes a journey from the coast to the depths of the Mediterranean. Housed in a former bank, the building has undergone partial demolition while retaining its original flooring. Notable features include microterrazzo walls, concrete columns, and a blue color palette. A wall showcases black-and-white photographs representing 2.1 million kilos of waste collected since 2015.
