Échos de l’ancrage: 14 Mexican Artists in France
The Institut culturel du Mexique in Paris is currently hosting the 'Échos de l’ancrage' exhibition, which features the works of 14 Mexican artists living in France. This exhibition explores themes like identity, memory, territory, and belonging through a variety of artistic forms, including painting, sculpture, photography, drawing, textiles, installations, and mixed media. Artists highlighted in the show include Verónica Bapé, Isaac Caraveo Herrera, and Omar Castillo Alfaro, among others. Curated by Lassla Esquivel from IESA arts&culture, the exhibition illustrates the vibrant cultural dialogue between Mexico and France. It’s open from July 8, 2026, with free admission, Monday to Friday from 10am-1pm and 2pm-6pm, Saturday from 3pm-7pm, and closed on Sundays and some dates in August.
