Echoes that refuse to fade: Palyvoda, Struger, Yesakova at FAVU Gallery

The group exhibition 'Echoes that refuse to fade' at FAVU Gallery in Brno, curated by Massimiliano Maglione, runs from 29 April to 10 June 2026. Featuring Anzhelika Palyvoda, Céline Struger, and Sofiia Yesakova, the show explores how authoritarian regimes leave perceptual residues that organize visibility and complicity. Yesakova's central table bears painted imagery from historically violent architectural spaces; Palyvoda's hanging crown and cigar boxes reference cultivar and firearm marks; Struger's hexagonal grid and ceramic heads rework historical forms.
